Hi, I’m Cassidy Beek, a student living in Boston, majoring in Journalism with a minor in Public Relations at Suffolk University. I plan to graduate in May 2026. I’m passionate about storytelling, media, marketing, and photography, and I hope to build a career in public relations where I can combine creativity with strategy to help brands connect with their audiences.

I currently work as a Public Relations Intern at DPA Communications, where I manage media lists, build relationships with journalists and influencers, and support campaign execution for multiple clients. I also direct client photoshoots, oversee the firm’s YouTube channel, and plan and execute events, from grand openings to community initiatives, ensuring every project aligns with the client’s brand and vision.

When I am not interning, I enjoy baristaing at Phin Coffee House, writing for The Suffolk Journal, trying new food in Boston, and doing Pinterest affiliate marketing.
